This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive business plans to implement the brand's strategy and tactics in the field

• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial objectives, and marketing goals

• Establish strong partnerships with customers and accounts

• Develop a detailed territory plan for Southern Alberta

• Prepare pre-call strategies and conduct post-call assessments to enhance sales performance

• Address the needs, expectations, and challenges of key stakeholders

• Implement call plans to meet metrics and enhance coverage of essential customers

• Gain insights into customer requirements, territory dynamics, competitors, market segments, accounts, diseases, products, and clinical knowledge

• Share market intelligence with the district manager and team members

• Communicate AbbVie's unique value proposition to healthcare providers

• Identify, nurture, and maintain relationships with disease-state experts and advocates

• Adhere to AbbVie's business code of conduct, policies, and relevant laws and regulations

• Prioritize patients in all efforts while optimizing both short-term and long-term sales performance


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Demonstrated success in sales with strong presentation abilities

• Excellent skills in building and maintaining customer relationships

• Strong business acumen along with strategic, analytical, and critical thinking abilities

• Capability to anticipate potential outcomes from customer and competitive viewpoints

• Solution-focused mindset with creative ideas and solutions

• Leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial spirit

• Proficiency in navigating uncertainty and adapting to change

• Collaborative approach with district colleagues and various stakeholders

• Proven leadership success and the ability to influence and drive change

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

• Comfortable with technology and various tools/systems for daily tasks

• Willingness to travel approximately 25%, including overnight trips

• Availability for some evening and weekend work

• Valid driver's license and passport
