This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Promote brand recognition and product uptake for neffy® within the designated region following its launch.
• Create and implement targeted territory and account strategies that prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Provide clear, balanced, and compliant product education through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Cultivate professional relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, hospital personnel, administrators, nurses, office staff, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
• Navigate various decision-makers to enhance product awareness and adoption.
• Establish credibility as a dependable resource through consistent follow-up and value-driven engagements.
• Recognize opportunities to influence behavior and broaden product usage by understanding customer workflows and challenges.
• Acquire knowledge of payer and access dynamics, collaborating with internal teams to facilitate patient access and eliminate barriers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on account planning and access dynamics.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the CRM and adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and necessary training.
• Exhibit initiative and resilience in evolving or ambiguous situations while striving for practical, solution-oriented outcomes.
• Candidates must reside within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2+ years of experience in field-based sales or customer-facing roles with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, specialty, or healthcare settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with supporting new initiatives, product launches, or growth-focused environments is advantageous.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and communication with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, execute, and follow through effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A thirst for knowledge and capacity to learn clinical, scientific, and product information.
• Strong business acumen, capable of identifying opportunities and acting on insights.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and technology to aid in planning and execution.
• A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Willingness to travel for conferences, national/regional meetings, and within the designated territory; overnight travel may be necessary.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Must fulfill credentialing requirements for access to healthcare facilities.
