This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote brand recognition and product usage for neffy® in a designated region following its launch.
• Create and implement targeted territory and account strategies that focus on high-impact opportunities.
• Provide clear, balanced, and compliant education on products and disease states through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Cultivate relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, hospital personnel, administrators, nurses, office staff, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
• Navigate through various decision-makers to enhance awareness and product adoption.
• Build credibility as a trusted healthcare resource by consistently following up and engaging in value-driven interactions.
• Identify opportunities to influence behavior and increase product utilization by understanding customer workflows and challenges.
• Gain knowledge of payer and access dynamics, collaborating with internal teams to facilitate patient access and eliminate obstacles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on account planning and access strategies.
• Maintain precise CRM records and carry out activities in alignment with company policies, industry regulations, and required training.
• Exhibit initiative and resilience in changing or uncertain situations while striving for practical, solution-oriented outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• At least 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience with a proven record of consistent performance.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, specialty, or healthcare is preferred.
• Prior experience in supporting new initiatives, launches, or growth-focused environments is advantageous.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and communication, with the capacity to influence various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, execute, and follow through in a dynamic environment.
• A sense of curiosity and the capability to acquire clinical, scientific, and product knowledge.
• Solid business insight with the ability to recognize opportunities and act on insights.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and technology to facilitate planning and execution.
• Collaborative approach with a strong sense of personal accountability.
• Willingness to travel for conferences, national/regional meetings, and within the assigned territory; overnight travel may be necessary.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and driving record that meets company standards.
• Must fulfill credentialing requirements for access to healthcare facilities.
