This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Propel brand recognition and product uptake for neffy® within the designated region post-launch.
• Create and implement targeted territory and account strategies, emphasizing high-impact opportunities.
• Provide clear, balanced, and compliant product education via both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Cultivate relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, hospital staff, administrators, nurses, office personnel, influencers, and other essential stakeholders.
• Navigate through various decision-makers to enhance product awareness and adoption.
• Establish credibility as a dependable and trustworthy healthcare resource.
• Spot opportunities to influence behavior and broaden product utilization by comprehending customer workflows and challenges.
• Understand and navigate payer and access dynamics, collaborating with internal teams to facilitate patient access and eliminate barriers.
• Exhibit initiative and resilience in dynamic or uncertain situations.
• Keep precise CRM records and adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and required training.
• Applicant must reside within the designated territory.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• A minimum of 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience with a proven record of consistent performance.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, specialty, or healthcare is preferred.
• Background in supporting new initiatives, launches, or growth-focused environments is advantageous.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and communication with the capacity to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, execute, and follow through effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and the ability to absorb clinical, scientific, and product knowledge.
• Solid business insight with the capability to identify opportunities and act on valuable insights.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and technology to aid in planning and execution.
• Collaborative attitude with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Willingness to travel for conferences, national/regional meetings, and within the assigned territory; overnight travel may be necessary.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Must fulfill credentialing requirements for access to healthcare facilities.
