This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Implement brand strategy and tactics in the field.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing goals.
• Oversee the designated territory and targeted accounts.
• Foster strong customer relationships and respond to customer needs.
• Develop pre-call plans and conduct evaluations post-call.
• Address objections and secure calls to action during sales interactions.
• Meet customer needs and establish win-win agreements.
• Create and execute call plans to enhance customer coverage, frequency, access, and sales opportunities.
• Gain insights into customer needs, territory dynamics, competitors, market conditions, accounts, diseases, products, clinical information, and sales strategies.
• Communicate market intelligence with field, brand, and sales management teams.
• Distinguish AbbVie's value proposition with assigned healthcare providers.
• Identify, cultivate, and sustain disease-state experts and speakers/advocates.
• Adhere to AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Focus efforts on patients to enhance both short- and long-term sales performance.
• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field preferred, or relevant equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of five years of relevant industry experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree, with at least three years in the pharmaceutical, health, or science sector preferred.
• High school diploma/GED required for those qualifying through the experience alternative.
• Comprehensive knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive landscapes.
• Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools.
• Capable of strategic and critical thinking.
• Ability to modify selling techniques to suit customer styles and behaviors.
• Proficient in developing sales strategies and innovative solutions.
• Effectively operate in a matrix environment.
• Experience in leadership and peer coaching.
• Proven success in leadership and support roles with increasing responsibilities.
• Preferred experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry, including physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, or marketing.
• Proficiency in the English language, both verbally and in writing for non-English-speaking countries.
• Must meet applicable HCIR credentialing requirements and maintain good standing or be eligible to obtain credentials.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards.
• Capability to drive a personal vehicle, company car or truck, or powered material-handling equipment.
