Specialty Pharmacy Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Transform intricate business and technical requirements into effective analytical solutions.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify root cause patterns within data.

• Execute data mapping, transformation, and normalization processes.

• Create data visualizations and develop interface/manipulation tools.

• Improve analytics platforms and assess toolsets.

• Resolve issues and establish audit trails.

• Address client inquiries and translate them into pertinent data elements, visualization formats, and presentation schemes.

• Engage with both internal and external client teams.

• Document and validate analytics results while collaborating with QA and Delivery teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or with Data Analytics tools (e.g., Python, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) in a commercial setting.

• Experience handling extremely large healthcare datasets.

• Proven track record of integrating multiple data sets to generate unique insights.

• Designing and implementing data curation and analysis frameworks.

• Experience collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to forge technical partnerships across teams.

• Capacity to learn and comprehend various data domains across the organization.

• Proficient in communicating complex relationships between clinical and business concepts to different stakeholders.

• Ability to effectively produce results in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities.

• Skilled at documenting and testing analytics outcomes, engaging with QA and Delivery teams to meet client requirements.

• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
