Senior Healthcare Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver data analysis support to clients.

• Create reports and dashboards to track program and operational performance.

• Encourage self-service analytics and facilitate customer engagement, understanding, and utilization of data.

• Assist with programmatic analyses and enhance reporting capabilities.

• Specify business requirements for new analytical projects.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses as requested.

• Aid in data quality initiatives and stewardship activities.

• Ensure data accuracy and identify additional metrics.

• Offer data-driven insights and recommendations to business partners.

• Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders and external provider partners.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.

• Support analytics across payer functions, ambulatory, acute, and post-acute care, as well as support functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required).

• 3 years of experience in data analysis (Required).

• 1 year of relevant experience in financial analysis, statistics, and population management.

• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Experience in problem-solving.

• Strong consultative engagement skills.

• No specific certification or licensure requirements.
