Data Analysis Assistant – Focus on Sales Intelligence Metrics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement and advocate for Copilot best practices in generating documentation, performing analyses, and optimizing tasks.

• Process and ensure the integrity of data pertaining to Sales Intelligence metrics.

• Analyze and interpret Power BI dashboards.

• Utilize applications like Power Apps and other Microsoft platforms.

• Provide support to the team on ongoing projects.

• Create process and routine documentation to promote standardization.

• Report directly to the Data Analytics Coordinator.

• Work hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:40 p.m.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Technology, or a related discipline (preferred).

• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.

• Possess an analytical mindset and strong logical reasoning abilities.

• Capability to interpret data and recognize patterns and trends.

• Familiarity with or interest in AI, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint (preferred).

• Interest in Sell-In and Sell-Out processes.

• Proactive and inquisitive attitude towards learning.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities.
