This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Serve as the representative for TEPEZZA to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Establish product sales while managing all accounts within the territory.
• Provide account management assistance in the specified geographic area.
• Act as the primary account manager and enhance product demand.
• Create territory business plans aimed at meeting or surpassing annual sales targets.
• Promote TEPEZZA in accordance with approved labeling and legal/regulatory standards.
• Address access, pull-through, and reimbursement challenges with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Forge customer relationships and relay customer requirements to team members.
• Accurately and promptly report territory activities.
• Stimulate product demand through education on disease states and product information.
• Collaborate with patient services, market access, and relevant Amgen field teams.
• Educate healthcare professionals and office staff regarding site-of-care options.
• Attend medical congresses and society meetings as required.
• Manage assigned promotional and operational budgets effectively.
• Complete company training and fulfill administrative responsibilities.
• Contribute as a valuable member of a high-performance team.
• Execute other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry or hospital sales experience; or an Associate degree with 6 years of such sales experience; or a high school diploma/GED with 8 years of such sales experience.
• Doctorate degree with 2 years of combined account management, sales, and commercial experience; or a Master’s degree with 6 years; or a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years; or an Associate degree with 10 years.
• Buy-and-bill experience with a proven track record and/or experience with biologics/infusion is strongly preferred.
• Sales experience in Endocrinology, Ophthalmology, and/or rare/specialty disease states is preferred.
• Strong preference for site of care and reimbursement experience.
• Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks is preferred.
• Essential experience in pharmaceutical account management sales.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80%, including some overnight and weekend commitments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Maintain a professional and proactive demeanor.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills.
