This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as a representative for TerSera products within hospital accounts and Oncology clinics.
• Deliver clinical information and spark interest among physicians, nurses, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners.
• Aid in the national and regional account implementation specific to the designated geographic area.
• Grasp account and clinic strategies while providing regular updates on progress to management and the field team.
• Keep abreast of product and disease-area knowledge and interpret clinical data for customers.
• Promote company offerings within the scope of approved labeling and relevant legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Formulate territory plans to meet and surpass sales objectives, including the allocation of time and personnel resources.
• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder clinical customers to establish access to key prescribers.
• Assist with local formulary implementation to ensure product availability.
• Identify obstacles to account penetration and devise strategies to address them.
• Accurately and promptly communicate territory activities.
• Fulfill company training and administrative responsibilities.
• Utilize approved resources to accomplish regional and account-level objectives.
• Collaborate as a part of a high-performance team to ensure targets and budgets are achieved.
• Execute responsibilities in alignment with Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a preference for Business or Science disciplines.
• 5–10 years of experience in sales/account management within the relevant field.
• Required experience in working with institutions and integrated delivery networks.
• Knowledge of payer and formulary processes with the ability to secure patient access.
• Experience collaborating with Commercial Operations functions in a team setting.
• A proven track record of consistent high performance is essential.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, listening, computer, analytical, organizational, and strategic-planning skills.
• Capable of working independently, multitasking, collaborating across multiple sales territories, and proactively solving problems.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed environment is necessary.
• Experience managing complex reimbursement issues is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the work time is required.
• Must reside within a one-hour drive of a commercial airport.
• A valid driver's license issued in one of the fifty states, with no motor vehicle violations, is necessary.
• Completion of company training and adherence to company, legal, regulatory, PhRMA, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements is mandatory.
• An MBA or a graduate business/healthcare-related degree is preferred.
