Specialized Talent Administrator – Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Deliver administrative assistance to the talent acquisition process by managing both pre-hire and post-hire activities.

• Coordinate logistical and recruitment tasks for specific client programs or teams.

• Support recruitment and interview procedures.

• Conduct phone interviews and document candidate feedback, screening applicants according to job specifications.

• Create interview schedules.

• Update candidate statuses in applicant tracking systems and proprietary recruitment platforms.

• Evaluate applicants who submitted their applications through the ATS.

• Arrange complex phone, video, and in-person interviews with recruiters or hiring managers.

• Oversee the offer process, which includes drafting and routing offer letters and presenting offers to candidates.

• Coordinate background checks, medical checks, and reference verifications for candidates.

• Organize travel, transportation, and accommodation arrangements for candidates.

• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Edit and accurately publish job postings to the ATS within designated timeframes.

• Manage the administrative aspects of posting roles to candidate sourcing channels.

• Keep the recruitment team updated on progress and escalate any concerns or challenges.

• Provide reporting on metrics and pipeline status.

• Offer additional administrative support to the recruitment team as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is preferred.

• A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator is preferred.

• Experience in a business or office setting is preferred.

• Background in customer service or administration is preferred.

• Strong skill set and competencies in recruitment administration are essential.

• Familiarity with common concepts, practices, and procedures in talent acquisition is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail are necessary.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.

• Capability to prioritize and organize personal workload effectively.

• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients is essential.
