This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Support reimbursement processes to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent management of coverage-related inquiries within customer operations and patient support workflows.
• Oversee benefits-related documentation, case updates, follow-up tasks, and communications for reimbursement support.
• Address routine reimbursement challenges, documentation deficiencies, and workflow anomalies.
• Keep precise case records, reimbursement documents, and system updates.
• Track reimbursement patterns, recurring issues, and indicators for escalation.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to synchronize communications, clarify reimbursement criteria, and facilitate case resolutions.
• Participate in process enhancements, workflow modifications, and operational readiness initiatives.
• A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims assistance, or a comparable field is necessary.
• Certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, customer relationship management systems, or process improvement is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency is required, as specified by the role title.
