This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Coordinate the availability of instructors, class schedules, time zones, delivery formats, and customer needs for both instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training programs.
• Oversee post-sales implementation tasks, including registration setup, communication with learners, readiness for delivery, platform access, tracking attendance, and managing operational transitions.
• Engage with internal teams, clients, instructors, and vendor partners effectively.
• Monitor delivery milestones, update scheduling systems, track open actions, escalate risks, and ensure that classes are staffed, scheduled, and prepared.
• Assist with the validation of invoices, documentation of deliveries, attendance records, support for purchase orders, and resolution of issues.
• Develop, maintain, and update class schedules, which include instructor assignments, delivery dates, time zones, and the status of classes.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery managers, instructors, vendors, and customers to validate requirements and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
• Support learner registration, manage rosters, validate attendance, track completions, and handle post-class documentation.
• Keep accurate operational records in designated systems, trackers, shared workspaces, and customer-facing portals.
• Supervise upcoming classes for instructor confirmation, platform access, communication with learners, availability of materials, and dependencies for delivery.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations on tracking purchase orders, reviewing invoices, answering billing inquiries, and managing delivery documentation.
• Identify operational risks, communicate issues promptly, and propose process improvements.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support Pearson EL&S training delivery and sales operations.
• Experience in supporting scheduling, resource coordination, customer operations, training delivery, learning services, sales operations, or similar business support functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and shared tracking tools.
• Quick learning ability for Pearson systems and customer platforms.
• Comfort in handling data, rosters, schedules, attendance records, instructor availability, and operational status trackers.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in scheduling, resource coordination, training operations, customer service, sales operations, project coordination, or administrative operations.
• Preferred experience in supporting international stakeholders or distributed teams.
• Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, proactive follow-up, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work during India business hours with flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings or delivery needs across global time zones.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service, operational excellence, confidentiality, and Pearson’s standards for quality and professionalism.
