This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Respond to incoming calls from donors
• Adhere to established scripts and campaign protocols
• Precisely input donation and pledge data
• Verify donor and transaction information
• Efficiently navigate computer systems while conversing with callers
• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality
• Comply with quality and regulatory standards
• Achieve set attendance and performance benchmarks
• Deliver professional donor support for recognized nonprofit fundraising initiatives
• A high school diploma or GED
• Minimum of six months of remote customer service experience or one year of in-person customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
• Accurate data entry skills and basic computer proficiency
• Capability to operate multiple systems during calls
• Professional and reliable work ethics
• A quiet and dedicated home office environment
• Windows 11 computer
• At least 8GB of RAM; 16GB is preferred
• USB headset with noise-canceling features
• Wired high-speed internet connection
• Direct Ethernet connection required
• Quiet and distraction-free workspace
• Dual monitors are recommended
• MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not acceptable
• Required certification must be obtained prior to starting service
• Eligibility may vary based on experience, location, equipment, background criteria, and certification outcomes
• Opportunity to work from home

• Contractors can choose from available service intervals throughout the day and night
• Contract rates typically range from $13 to $15 per hour
• 1099 independent contractor position
