This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as the systems and product architect within the legal team, ensuring alignment between business requirements and market solutions.
• Execute system integrations, create connectors, and develop AWS Lambdas.
• Design and enhance database scripts for improved performance.
• Draft scope documents and manage vendor relationships, overseeing the configuration and parameterization of external systems.
• Verify vendor outputs during the testing and homologation stages.
• Negotiate timelines and priorities with vendors while addressing third-party issues or delays.
• Offer production support following the deployment of third-party or market tools.
• Conceptualize new solutions and advance existing architectures.
• Recognize, manage, and monitor technical debt, focusing on security, scalability, and performance.
• Manage vulnerabilities using tools like Dependabot.
• Assist in migrating legacy systems to new platform architectures.
• Implement architectural and functional modifications in collaboration with the Tech Lead.
• Lead the execution of tasks using the Business Map model.
• Engage in scope development and participate in homologation/testing processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, assertive communication, resilience, and strong negotiation abilities.
• A robust mindset in systems and product architecture, particularly within SaaS environments.
• Proven experience in system integration and connector development.
• Background in serverless development, specifically with AWS Lambda.
• Proficiency in designing and executing database scripts, including triggers, functions, and relational stored procedures.
• Experience in preparing scope documents.
• Demonstrated ability in overseeing vendor system parameterizations and validating deliverables during testing/homologation.
• Capability to identify and manage technical debt, ensuring security, scalability, performance, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with REST/RESTful, SOAP, and API Gateway.
• Ability to operate in a hybrid model (on-site and remote), crafting solutions and evolving existing architectures.
• Agile mindset coupled with empathy, collaboration, and pragmatism.
• Preferred: experience with Anti-Money Laundering solutions, Legal Systems, Compliance, Risk, and Audit.
• Basic knowledge of Python, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, including GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Experience in data engineering.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms like AppSheet.
• Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
