Labor Law Legal Analyst – Settlements

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Focus on managing settlement issues;

• Oversee and verify payment documentation;

• Generate administrative reports;

• Analyze legal publications;

• Track important deadlines;

• Offer assistance to attorneys.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a law student or a graduate with a Bachelor of Laws degree, but not yet admitted to the bar;

• Experience in labor law is essential;

• Familiarity with court websites and systems is required;

• Proven experience in tracking deadlines, as well as reading and interpreting labor law publications at every stage of proceedings;

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office;

• Prior experience with settlements and negotiation will be viewed as a plus.
