This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary resource for all matters related to PMS, ensuring processes adhere to IHG standards.

• Facilitate the development, tasks, and feature requests related to PMS across various teams.

• Assist in hotel pre-openings by overseeing PMS setup, ensuring operational readiness, and aligning with both IHG and internal teams.

• Oversee commercial systems and roadmap projects, monitoring timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Commercial Projects Roadmap, focusing on automation and enhanced processes.

• Deliver comprehensive documentation, effective communication, and collaboration across teams for intricate projects.

• Recognize opportunities to streamline and enhance systems and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in the hospitality industry.

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Oracle Opera Cloud.

• Experience in managing cross-departmental projects, particularly those that intersect hospitality and technology.

• Solid understanding of hotel operations, distribution, and system integrations.

• A tech-savvy and solution-focused mindset.

• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

• Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
