This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Manage the commercial relationships with large-group DSO/OSO partners throughout the portfolio.
• Conduct regular account touchpoints and business evaluations.
• Identify and resolve issues related to reporting, onboarding, billing, and integration.
• Monitor account usage and performance metrics, and highlight accounts that are declining.
• Act as the executive-level contact for key partners, including C-suite and operational leadership.
• Represent DentalMonitoring at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Lead, mentor, support, and oversee a special-markets team.
• Verify quarterly incentive and commission calculations prior to payouts.
• Drive pricing strategy and negotiate contracts for large-group and OSO-wide agreements.
• Collaborate with Legal on contract revisions, data processing agreements, and partner contracts.
• Oversee the escalation and resolution of billing and collections challenges.
• Assess and suggest incentive structures to promote adoption.
• Keep an eye on competitive and regulatory changes for DSOs/OSOs and remote patient monitoring.
• Ensure accurate account data is maintained across reporting platforms.
• Develop and maintain reports on account health, pipeline, and associated risks.
• Cultivate direct reports and create a talent pool for future account or people-leadership opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales experience as a Sales Manager or in a comparable sales leadership position.
• Proven history of meeting and surpassing sales goals.
• Capability to adapt in a changing environment and proactively create impact.
• Proficient in prioritizing and managing projects in a dynamic setting.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in essential computer tools, including Salesforce.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and partnerships with both internal and external clients.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites, events, and with the team, up to 30%-50% of the time.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is advantageous.
• High level of IT knowledge, including familiarity with dental scanners, is a plus.
• Background in med-tech, dental, and/or orthodontics is beneficial.
• Experience with digital applications or products is an added advantage.
