Spanish Linguistic Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess the quality and precision of Spanish text generated by LLMs in various contexts such as translation, summarization, dialogue, and grammar correction.

• Edit, enhance, or rewrite Spanish content to align with linguistic and cultural standards.

• Annotate Spanish text to highlight grammatical, syntactic, and semantic characteristics.

• Detect model inaccuracies and language deficiencies.

• Partner with AI researchers to enhance the performance of LLMs.

• Offer comprehensive linguistic feedback and analysis to inform model training.

• Compile high-quality Spanish linguistic data to train and elevate the model's understanding and generation capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish, with a strong grasp of grammar, syntax, and stylistics.

• Professional background in translation, editing, linguistic annotation, or Spanish NLP data tasks.

• Solid understanding of linguistic subtleties, regional differences, and contextually appropriate usage.

• Interest in AI and LLM-oriented language technologies is preferred but not mandatory.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot subtle mistakes or awkward phrasing.

• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating in distributed, remote teams.

• Independent contractor status.
