Spanish Language Social Media Community Moderator

• Serve as a social media community moderator on project-based, temporary, or part-time engagements

• Moderate content in both English and Spanish

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in the Spanish language

• In-depth knowledge of Spanish pop culture, terminology, cultural references, and slang

• Capacity to comprehend the client's brand voice and engage users accurately

• Prior experience in social media moderation is mandatory

• Experience in live stream moderation is advantageous

• Familiarity with Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social is a plus

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to adhere to established guidelines and workflows

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Capability to reflect the voice and tone of multiple brands

• Strong spelling and grammar proficiency; candidates may undergo skills or language assessments

• Eagerness to learn and think critically; proactive mindset

• High energy and adeptness at multitasking within a dynamic, rapidly evolving organization

• Knowledge of and experience with major social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Personal computer with at least Windows 10 and macOS 12.X; the application specifies Windows 10 and macOS 13 in technology requirements

• Personal internet speed of a minimum of 150 Mbps

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Required to use a personal computer for work-related tasks

• Fluency in Spanish is essential; English-language tasks are also required

• Use of AI technology is forbidden during live interview discussions
