Spanish-English BCBA, Behavior Analysis Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client advancements and modify treatment strategies as necessary.

• Partner with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment objectives.

• Uphold precise documentation and confirm services comply with ethical and clinical standards.

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a comparable field.

• Prior experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
