Spanish Bilingual Interviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews, screenings, and assessments of candidates to ensure they meet Wing’s standards.

• Maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive networking and sourcing.

• Manage extensive candidate pools while adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining quality benchmarks.

• Utilize at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for managing and tracking candidates.

• Evaluate candidates using online and social media platforms to identify potential fits for various roles.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand operational requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

• Prepare and present candidate profiles and recommendations to management.

• Continuously enhance recruitment processes and practices to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

• Proven track record in conducting candidate interviews, screenings, and assessments.

• Prior experience in hiring virtual assistants or collaborating with a staffing agency specializing in virtual assistant placements is highly desirable.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a strong attention to detail.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communication, English, or a related field.

• Demonstrated capability to manage large candidate pools while meeting deadlines and upholding quality standards.

• Experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is mandatory.

• Familiarity with sourcing and evaluating candidates through online and social media platforms is preferred.

• Proficient in using virtual meeting tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype.
