Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire top of the recruiting funnel for both legal and non-legal staffing positions with U.S. law firm clients.

• Create and consistently enhance job advertisement copy and positioning.

• Post and manage job advertisements across various job sites and recruitment platforms.

• Monitor performance metrics of job sites, including views, applications, conversion rates, and cost/quality where relevant.

• Utilize metrics to amplify efforts on successful channels and diminish efforts on those that are underperforming.

• Oversee and manage the internal referral program.

• Actively source and headhunt candidates for legal staffing positions.

• Employ JuiceBox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean/X-ray search, and other sourcing methods to connect with passive candidates.

• Execute targeted outreach campaigns for high-priority or challenging-to-fill positions.

• Assess candidates to qualify and engage them based on fit, availability, and interest before passing them to recruiters.

• Fine-tune outreach messaging and channels based on conversion outcomes.

• Work closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to grasp role requirements.

• Build candidate pipelines through referral networks, niche communities, job boards, and direct outreach.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on sourcing and headhunting experience, particularly for fully remote roles.

• Direct involvement in writing job ad copy, posting on job boards, and tracking recruitment marketing metrics.

• Proven success in executing proactive outbound campaigns and conducting cold outreach.

• Proficient with JuiceBox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean/X-ray search methods.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to work full-time on a U.S. hours schedule, fully remote.

• Ability to handle multiple concurrent searches and job postings.

• Demonstrated resilience and persistence.

• Previous staffing or recruiting experience is a plus.

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.

• Experience in recruiting for remote talent pools or international hiring is a nice-to-have.

• Familiarity with ATS, job board platforms, and structured sourcing workflows is a plus.
