Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated territory along with all associated service partners.

• Assess and predict the needs of the territory.

• Track the capacity and performance of service partners.

• Identify and recruit new providers when the existing network requires expansion.

• Negotiate pricing with both new and current service partners.

• Provide coaching and training to service partners.

• Engage with service partners regarding goal setting, performance metrics, workflow protocols, and responsibilities.

• Manage productivity levels, oversee workloads, and ensure that quality standards and revenue objectives are met.

• Facilitate compliance with client, office, and company standards, policies, and procedures.

• Offer guidance, tools, best practices, and training resources to service partners.

• Identify, investigate, communicate, and assist in resolving systemic or procedural challenges.

• Conduct territory analysis to aid in strategic planning and identify future opportunities.

• Execute audits of service partners.

• Evaluate potential new service partners and complete the onboarding process.

• Create sourcing strategies for new client implementations and ensure service partner preparedness along with an active dispatch matrix.

• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Preferably six months of experience within the SFR or commercial facilities maintenance sector.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Outstanding customer service aptitude.

• Capacity to thrive in a flexible and productivity-driven environment.

• Proficient decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

• Must be available to work overtime as required.

• Proficient to advanced computer skills, including but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, email, internet, and customized database management.

• Ability to read and interpret numbers and letters accurately.

• Must work with numerical data to calculate timeframes and assess costs and losses.

• Should exhibit organizational and prioritization skills to effectively manage time.

• Occasionally required to stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift items up to 15 pounds.

• Regularly use hands to manipulate objects, tools, or controls, communicate, distinguish or identify, adjust, or focus.

• Sedentary role necessitating 8 hours of sitting at a desk in a climate-controlled setting with frequent computer, mouse, 10-key touch, and phone usage.
