📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate new GPU cloud and bare-metal providers, establishing a pipeline of available capacity across various regions and hardware generations.

• Manage provider relationships comprehensively — from initial outreach through onboarding, listing, and continuous account management.

• Negotiate commercial agreements and capacity commitments, collaborating closely with the Head of Cloud Infrastructure and the deal team on structuring.

• Ensure accurate supply data and provider records are maintained in HubSpot, monitoring capacity, pricing, and availability.

• Keep abreast of market dynamics — including pricing trends, new hardware, and provider capabilities — and relay insights back to the team.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations to align sourced capacity with active demand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with the AI infrastructure industry, encompassing GPU compute, as well as knowledge of hardware and data center requirements (power, cooling, colocation, deployment constraints).

• Proven experience in sourcing, partnerships, business development, or supply-side account management — preferably within cloud, compute, or infrastructure sectors.

• Proficiency with HubSpot or a similar CRM for managing pipelines and relationships.

• Strong commercial acumen and the capability to independently negotiate and manage provider relationships.

• Ideally, possess an existing network of GPU or data center providers to leverage.

• Direct, impactful communication style and a proactive approach to action.
