Sourcing Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Engage in negotiations with designated providers following specific policies.

• Attain optimal contractual terms while ensuring satisfaction among internal customers.

• Analyze internal and external business challenges and propose best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.

• Leverage industry trends to guide decision-making.

• Establish supplier strategies, which include managing and optimizing supplier panels.

• Direct negotiations and allocate specific needs to chosen suppliers.

• Negotiate terms and conditions, relaying pertinent information to the Procurement department.

• Oversee claims management.

• Conduct commercial sourcing management, encompassing data analysis and negotiation assistance.

• Potentially engage in purchasing activities.

• Manage medium to large teams, including both direct and indirect reports.

• Attract, retain, and develop talent and expertise within the function.

• Lead functional teams or projects that require moderate to high resources, risk, or complexity.

• Present business solutions to leaders in functional areas.

• Convey complex information and negotiate with internal and external partners, vendors, or customers.

• Influence policies, operational guidelines, peers, budgets, and various business units.

• Guide others in discovering innovative solutions to intricate problems.

• Assess information quality, challenge conflicting data, and utilize both internal and external resources for decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Sourcing Management at a senior level with relevant exposure.

• A Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or alternatively, a high school diploma/GED.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Proven track record of analyzing and resolving issues.

• Demonstrated success in leading programs and projects.

• Capacity to document, plan, market, and implement programs effectively.

• Established skills in project management.

• Experience in the Aerospace sector is preferred.

• Proficiency in English is required.
