Sourcing Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Engage in negotiations with dedicated providers in accordance with specific policies.

• Attain optimal contractual terms while ensuring satisfaction among internal customers.

• Analyze both internal and external business challenges, recommending best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.

• Utilize industry trends to guide decision-making processes.

• Establish supplier strategy, which includes the management and optimization of supplier panels.

• Direct negotiations and assign needs to particular suppliers.

• Negotiate terms and conditions, communicating relevant information to the Procurement team.

• Oversee claims management.

• Manage commercial sourcing activities, including data analysis and negotiation assistance.

• Conduct purchasing activities as required.

• Lead medium to large teams, including both direct and second-line reports.

• Oversee functional teams or projects with moderate to high resource requirements, risks, and complexity.

• Present business solutions to functional leaders.

• Influence policy and operational guidelines.

• Assess information quality and challenge conflicting data.

• Leverage internal and external resources to substantiate decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Sourcing Management at a high level, with relevant exposure.

• A Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED Group(s)/Function(s)).

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Demonstrated skill in leading programs and projects.

• Capability to document, plan, market, and implement programs.

• Established project management expertise.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Experience within the Aerospace sector is considered advantageous.
