Sourcer – IT Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek out qualified candidates that meet vacancy specifications through various channels.

• Screen CVs, manage candidate profiles in SmartRecruiters, and ensure all information is current.

• Reach out to potential candidates (including cold outreach) and foster initial engagement.

• Conduct market research and analysis, and prepare reports and presentations to aid hiring decisions.

• Organize, maintain, and expand internal recruitment databases and associated reports.

• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other departments to facilitate seamless hiring processes.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as required in alignment with the role's purpose.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment agency, IT firm, marketing, or sales department in a junior, assistant, or researcher capacity.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (flexible scheduling available for students).

• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English or above, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to process, interpret, and present data effectively.
