Solutions Engineer, Wireless

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist small business sales teams in-market to enhance solution adoption and foster customer engagement for accounts with 1–9 employees.

• Engage in numerous customer meetings each day to deliver technical consultation and solution advice.

• Showcase solution features, advantages, and return on investment.

• Support in-building coverage requests to enhance network accessibility.

• Maintain a high level of expertise in wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions.

• Carry out additional duties and projects as directed by business management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant work experience OR an advanced degree with 1 year of relevant experience OR a combination of education and experience considered equivalent.

• Over 3 years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles.

• Proven track record of successful solution sales.

• Experience managing both internal and external relationships in a matrix environment.

• Preferred experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV).

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to identify customer needs.

• In-depth product knowledge.

• Proficient in project management.

• Business sales expertise.

• Skilled in solution consultation.

• Capable of technical demonstrations.

• Experience in technical presentations.

• Knowledge of technical training.

• Familiarity with wireless networks.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Willingness to travel.
