Solutions Engineer, Wireless

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assist small business sales teams in the market to enhance solution adoption and foster customer engagement for accounts with 1–9 employees.

• Engage in numerous customer meetings each day to offer technical consultation and guidance on solutions.

• Showcase solution features, advantages, and return on investment.

• Support in-building coverage requests to enhance network accessibility.

• Maintain an expert-level understanding of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions.

• Execute additional duties and projects as directed by business management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant work experience OR an advanced degree with 1 year of relevant work experience OR a combination of education and experience considered equivalent (Required).

• Over 3 years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a proven track record of successful solution sales and managing both internal and external relationships within a matrix environment (Required).

• Experience in supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) is preferred.

• Strong communication skills (Required).

• Ability to identify customer needs (Required).

• In-depth product knowledge (Required).

• Proficient in project management (Required).

• Business sales expertise (Required).

• Ability to consult on solutions (Required).

• Experience in technical demonstrations (Required).

• Skills in technical presentations (Required).

• Capable of providing technical training (Required).

• Knowledge of wireless networks (Required).

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Willingness to travel is required.

• This position is not regulated by DOT.
