Solutions Engineer – US West

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Scope & Design Solutions - Collaborate directly with customer security teams to comprehend their environments and strategize how their Cogent instances should be constructed and implemented.

• Bridge Technical & Product - Create clear, actionable tickets that transition your solution design to the engineering team for development.

• Own the Technical Relationship - Act as the technical liaison to the Technical Account Manager (TAM).

• Deploy at Enterprise Scale - Facilitate the onboarding of customers onto Cogent.

• Scale our Forward Deployed Motion - Establish repeatable practices for scoping and design.

• Shape What "Good" Looks Like - Contribute to defining the role of the Solutions Architect itself.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience.

• More than 5 years of in-depth expertise in vulnerability management or a closely related security field.

• Experience working in an early-stage company.

• Proven success with enterprise-scale clients.

• Management experience, including hiring and building a team.

• Knowledge of APIs.

• Exceptional communication skills.
