This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide billable services such as implementations, training, assessments, and customized solutions for manufacturing and distribution clients.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple simultaneous projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Analyze warehouse product flows, create process flow maps, and design solutions focused on improving efficiency by reducing complexity, handling, and floor errors.
• Conduct business assessment walkthroughs virtually or on-site.
• Suggest process enhancements and automation opportunities.
• Record findings in success blueprints that include specifications for customized applications.
• Oversee the entire process, including training for end-users, project plans and timelines, resource management, risk mitigation, status updates until go-live, along with precise project documentation and time tracking.
• Engage in hands-on technical tasks involving SQL, data analysis, and system configuration, with a focus on REST API integrations and process flow design.
• Aim to maintain a consistently high level of billable utilization.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts throughout implementation, training, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants to facilitate the transition of projects from sales to delivery.
• Clearly communicate goals, timelines, and expectations to both internal teams and clients.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns to aid in retention and minimize churn.
• Assess customer needs and challenges to uncover additional service opportunities and increase revenue within existing accounts.
• Engage in on-site customer interactions, which may constitute up to half of your working time.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related area is preferred.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with a company using SAP Business One as their ERP system.
• Experience with SAP Business One in a HANA environment is advantageous.
• Proven experience in managing customer-facing projects from the initial kickoff to go-live.
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office 365 is required.
• Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and process flow design is beneficial.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows, including lean and Six Sigma methodologies, supply chain and logistics, as well as production planning and scheduling (MRP, JIT, Kanban).
• Willingness to engage in multi-day on-site projects across the U.S. and Canada.
• Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple concurrent projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a remote and fast-paced environment.
