Software Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to gather and document the requirements for software implementation.

• Implement and configure the Galaxy suite of products tailored to customer specifications.

• Conduct evaluations of system and operational designs on-site.

• Suggest modifications to systems and recommend best practices for operations.

• Provide fundamental training on Galaxy modules to customer teams.

• Assist customers during their go-live activities.

• Engage with customer management across various levels, from front-line staff to executives.

• Aid attractions and non-profit organizations in enhancing ticketing and operational processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Gateway Ticketing Systems' Galaxy suite of products.

• Operational background in attractions or non-profit sectors.

• Strong abilities in requirements gathering, documentation, and implementation processes.

• A genuine enthusiasm for training and assisting customers through educational sessions.

• Capability to troubleshoot and suggest enhancements to system operations.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

• Display professionalism and diplomacy in customer interactions.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including weekends and holidays.
