This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Work closely under the supervision of an SC Manager/Team Lead to grasp the fundamentals of a Solution Consultant, establish priorities and objectives, and enhance technical skills.
• Develop the ability to independently demonstrate software and recognize the business challenges faced by prospects.
• Assist in delivering demonstrations and managing deals of lower complexity with direct support from an SC Manager/Team Lead.
• Comprehend the business challenges of prospects and formulate demo strategies while collaborating with an SC Manager/Team Lead.
• Advance from a beginner towards becoming a self-sufficient contributor within the team.
• Review, complete, and oversee responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and legal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Solutions Consulting/Sales Engineer role with direct customer interaction, ideally in SaaS.
• A strong enthusiasm for technology and a desire to understand the marketing and communications technology landscape along with technical integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for leading value-centered product demonstrations and addressing customer inquiries and objections.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset, skilled in tackling issues, generating innovative solutions, implementing feedback, and planning for the future.
• Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to assist team members when needed.
• Experience with technical integrations.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Familiarity with selling, implementing, integrating, or utilizing various TCP software products.
• Knowledge of workforce management tools.
• Exposure to AI tools and their relevance to sales and workforce management, along with a keen interest in leveraging them for greater efficiency.
• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
• This position requires 30% travel.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is necessary; TCP cannot sponsor visas for this position.
