This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of technical integrations with banks, payment networks, money transfer operators, fintech partners, and enterprise clients.
• Ensure smooth connectivity, adherence to global standards, and operational scalability.
• Act as a liaison among business teams, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to deliver integrations punctually, within scope, and with high reliability.
• Collaborate with regional counterparts to grasp partner requirements and document configurations.
• Create project plans and manage budgets, timelines, and status reports for integrated partner installations.
• Engage with partners to facilitate testing and manage the integration lifecycle through to final certification.
• Design and document comprehensive API, SDK, file-based, and middleware integration solutions.
• Consult with MoneyGram partners and regional teams to ascertain integration and interface requirements.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and data mappings.
• Ensure scalability, resilience, compliance, and security in the design of integrations.
• Assess partner capabilities and recommend suitable integration models.
• Serve as the technical subject-matter expert for internal departments and regional teams.
• Lead partner discovery, sandbox testing, certification, and production launch.
• Develop and maintain reusable playbooks, checklists, and technical documentation.
• Assist in pre-sales discussions with technical solution designs and feasibility evaluations.
• Manage integration lifecycles from initial scoping to deployment.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and dependencies across various integrations.
• Ensure monitoring of errors and conduct root-cause analysis for integration issues.
• Integrate AML, KYC, PCI DSS, GDPR, and PSD2 requirements into integrations.
• Implement security practices such as OAuth2, SAML, tokenization, and encryption.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and efficiency enhancements.
• Establish and report on integration metrics.
• Provide market feedback to Product Management to facilitate technical improvements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in integration management, solution architecture, or API-based connectivity.
• A minimum of 3–4 years in the fintech/payments industry is preferred.
• Experience in technical and business product management or a related field.
• Proficient in Java, C#, Python, .NET, XML technologies, and web technologies.
• Proven track record of leading multi-stakeholder integration projects in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant education and experience and/or related professional designations/certifications are highly desirable.
