Solutions Engineer, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Address challenges and create solutions for both prospective and current clients.

• Facilitate workshops and sessions to gather requirements for new initiatives.

• Support management in presenting solutions to potential customers.

• Work in collaboration with the broader technical team, assign tasks, and ensure efficient testing and execution.

• Partner with project managers and team leaders to define project scopes and estimates.

• Engage directly in implementation and testing as needed.

• Generate and approve detailed documentation throughout all phases of projects.

• Design marketing platforms and related solutions utilizing CDPs and marketing automation tools.

• Assist clients with data engineering and analytics focused on marketing.

• Launch multichannel marketing campaigns via email, push notifications, web, and SMS.

• Set up tag management systems.

• Contribute to process enhancements, team learning, and documentation efforts.

• Engage in business development and consulting activities for existing clients.

• Proficient in both French and English.

• Capability to convey intricate technical ideas to business stakeholders.

• Experience in designing and developing customer solutions within enterprise SaaS environments.

• Familiarity with onboarding clients to SaaS platforms is a plus.

• Strong understanding of data, databases, data manipulation, and integration within SaaS platforms.

• Ability to foresee client needs and suggest suitable solutions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Confidence in presenting to colleagues and client teams.

• Competence in managing multiple projects, adhering to deadlines, and performing under pressure.

• Knowledge of web technologies, internet environments, email software, e-commerce, web analytics, APIs, and application service providers.

• Experience with a Digital Marketing Suite/Cloud platform or Customer Data Platform is advantageous.

• Understanding of best practices in digital marketing across email, SMS, and push channels is beneficial.

• Familiarity with data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, and Redpoint is desirable.

• Experience with deploying pre-built AI solutions for marketing tools is preferred.

• Previous pre-sales experience is a plus.

• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe, particularly to the UK, France, and Hungary.
