Oracle ERP Functional Consultant / Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business needs and convert them into Oracle solutions.

• Develop and enhance Finance and Supply Chain processes.

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders.

• Assist with ERP transformation projects.

• Work in collaboration with technical teams, architects, and program managers.

• Engage in solution design and implementation initiatives.

• Offer insights on best practices and process enhancements.

• Support extensive Finance, Supply Chain, and ERP transformation programs for global enterprises.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in Oracle ERP projects.

• Deep knowledge in at least one area: Financial Management, Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Order Management.

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite.

• Solid understanding of comprehensive business processes.

• Proven experience in gathering requirements from business stakeholders.

• Capability to create functional specifications and solution documentation.

• Excellent communication and consulting abilities.

• Proficient in English.

• Experience in leveraging AI tools in daily workflows (preferred).

• Background in Program or Solution Architecture (preferred).

• Experience with global transformation initiatives (preferred).

• Background at a Manager or Architect-level (preferred).

• History of working in consulting organizations (preferred).

• Familiarity with multiple Oracle modules (preferred).
