• Serve as a trusted advisor in communications with customers.

• Ensure that solutions are commercially viable, scalable, and executable.

• Assist stakeholders in making informed choices.

• Influence and enhance the managed services portfolio.

• Mentor team members and share expertise.

• Support customers and aid in the ongoing development of managed network services.

• Experience in a customer-facing position within a network services portfolio.

• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor and lead conversations with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong grasp of business value, customer outcomes, and cultivating long-term partnerships.

• Experience in shaping services and solutions within network environments.

• Capability to take ownership, make decisions, and lead in complex and uncertain situations.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in Swedish, both written and verbal.

• Eligibility to work in Sweden.

• Background and reference checks are integral to the hiring process.
