Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and architect solutions at an enterprise scale on Microsoft Azure

• Lead initiatives for cloud modernization, application transformation, and the adoption of AI technologies

• Develop cloud-native applications utilizing microservices and container-based architectures

• Create secure API ecosystems with Azure API Management (APIM)

• Build and integrate solutions powered by AI, leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and RAG architectures

• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for scalability, resiliency, and security

• Produce architecture documentation, technical roadmaps, and solution designs

• Propel initiatives in DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence

• Ensure adherence to cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), governance, and enterprise standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative cloud-native and AI-driven platforms that support business transformation objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years in Software Engineering, Cloud Architecture, or Solution Architecture

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure

• Strong proficiency with Azure App Services, APIM, Application Gateway (WAF), Azure Monitor, and Azure Container Registry (ACR)

• Expertise in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and containerized application development

• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Prompt Engineering, and RAG solutions

• Experience in integrating large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama into enterprise applications

• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Azure Cosmos DB, and contemporary data architectures

• Proficient in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and infrastructure automation

• Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM, authentication, authorization, and governance frameworks

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Certification (AZ-305)

• Azure AI Engineer Certification

• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, security teams, and executive leadership

• Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Experience leading architecture reviews, workshops, and technical discussions

• Strong presentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Capacity to influence decision-making and drive alignment across cross-functional teams

• Experience in delivering enterprise AI/GenAI transformation programs

• Familiarity with LangChain, Vector Databases, and Conversational AI platforms

• Exposure to AI governance, observability, and responsible AI practices
