This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee the technical elements throughout the sales journey

• Interact with clients to grasp their requirements and demonstrate how Reco can address their business challenges

• Provide technical demonstrations, proofs of value, in-depth sessions, and workshops

• Impact future decisions and work alongside internal teams to guarantee a smooth customer experience with Reco’s product

• Support customers in incorporating Reco’s solutions into their security infrastructure

• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity, SaaS, and AI security

• Attend conferences and deliver keynotes to promote Reco in the market

• Cultivate champions within engineering and security teams, expedite identified opportunities, and enhance the pipeline

• Engage with C-suite stakeholders and translate Reco’s Agent Security vision into pertinent business results

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or comparable pre-sales positions

• Proficient understanding of AI, SaaS Security, or SSPM

• Knowledge of data governance and enterprise SaaS ecosystems

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities; comfortable interacting with executives and engineers

• Proactive, adaptable, customer-focused, and collaborative startup mentality

• Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting

• Experience in a high-growth security or SaaS startup (preferred)

• Familiarity with posture management, identity governance, API security, and IAM (preferred)

• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or GIAC (preferred)

• Practical technical skills in scripting, SaaS, and integrations (preferred)
