This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for designated enterprise manufacturing accounts, guiding them through discovery, solution design, deployment, integration, and continuous technical support.
• Collaborate with Solutions Managers and Customer Success Engineers on technical delivery and customer relationship management.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with customer technical leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders in manufacturing operations.
• Identify technical risks and obstacles, engaging internal expertise to ensure timely deployments.
• Work alongside Sales, Data Science, and Product Engineering to address customer use cases, data integration needs, and technical limitations.
• Design and implement integrations that connect factory data sources to Oden’s cloud endpoints.
• Supervise the integration process with ERP, MES, and QMS manufacturing systems.
• Create, maintain, and enhance connector libraries for both manufacturing and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with Data Science to design and implement AI/ML customer solutions, configure and customize the Oden platform, and develop models and detectors with alerts and recommendations.
• Plan account implementations, encompassing scope, configurations, timelines, and key milestones.
• Diagnose networking, data pipeline, QA, and system configuration issues both remotely and on-site; triage problems and apply solutions.
• Convert observations from customer sites and product gaps into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
• Offer guidance on implementation and integration best practices.
• Establish product requirements and drive enhancements in product capabilities with the engineering team.
• Create and maintain documentation for integration, solution design, and implementation processes.
• Over 4 years of experience in a technical customer-facing position supporting enterprise SaaS deployments or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang or equivalents, SQL, REST APIs, Bash, and terminal workflows, as well as familiarity with AI-powered coding tools.
• Extensive experience in managing, processing, and analyzing large datasets using various analytical tools, including AI technologies.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, middleware and integration tools, Windows and Linux operating systems, enterprise networking and troubleshooting, as well as deploying and maintaining remote applications.
• Proven experience in debugging issues related to integration performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Comfortable working within the Google Cloud environment.
• Ability to independently tackle complex integration challenges and update both technical and non-technical stakeholders on progress.
• Strong written communication skills for creating technical documentation, customer-facing summaries, and sharing knowledge internally.
• Exceptional project management and self-organization abilities; capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities concurrently.
• Adaptable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations approximately 25–40% based on the phase of deployment.
• Must possess a valid US driver's license.
• Reside in the NYC metro area, Atlanta, Chicago, Austin, Boston, or Minneapolis.
