Senior Solutions Engineer, Acquisition

📋 Description

• Become an integral part of a rapidly growing team focused on addressing technical and customer challenges.

• Collaborate with Sales to convey Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategic direction.

• Take ownership of technical customer interactions and assist in securing high-velocity opportunities.

• Deliver compelling product and technical presentations to both prospective and current customers.

• Engage with customers and internal teams to share insights on product performance and competitive landscape.

• Facilitate product discussions driven by customer needs and challenges.

• Improve documentation and produce blog posts, videos, knowledge-base articles, and training materials.

• Serve as a customer-facing product expert for Grafana Cloud, the managed observability platform from Grafana Labs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally based in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Chicago, Michigan, Indiana, or Ohio.

• Over 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales.

• Preferably familiar with Open Source technologies or the Metrics/Monitoring sector.

• Strong judgment, teamwork, and leadership skills.

• Ability to collaborate with an international team in a remote-first setting.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to clearly articulate the company's value proposition and the technical advantages of the products.

• Proficient in resolving technical challenges and crafting innovative solutions for customers.

• A technical mindset with a strong desire for personal growth in technical areas.

• Recent graduates from coding bootcamps or individuals with prior post-sales or engineering experience are encouraged to apply.
