Data 360 Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce Data 360 and associated products

• Facilitate technical discovery workshops to document the data landscape, enterprise architecture, integrations/connections, and data ingestion techniques

• Design, propose, and implement enterprise-scale solutions to address clients' business challenges and technical specifications

• Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of advanced, scalable data models in accordance with business workflows and Salesforce Data 360 best practices

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of data ingestion methods, data transformations, calculated insights, identity resolution, reconciliation rules, segmentation and activation, and data modeling

• Compose, modify, or provide recommendations for complex SQL across Data 360, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Redshift, Snowflake, and other platforms

• Consult on or develop code for Data 360 APIs and other Salesforce APIs

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor fellow Salesforce professionals

• Establish client trust and oversee solutions from conception to successful implementation

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in implementing Salesforce Data 360 or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)

• Proven expertise in establishing data governance, data security, and compliance frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA

• Skilled in leading cross-functional technical teams, producing solution documentation, and conducting technical workshops

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within team settings

• Proficient in documenting requirements and producing solution design deliverables

• Strong experience with enterprise-level organizational architecture and integrations

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in client-facing scenarios

• Salesforce Certification in Salesforce Data 360

• Additional Salesforce Certification(s) in Sales/Service Cloud Platforms are preferred
