This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Conduct proofs-of-concept with leads and assist customers during the onboarding process.

• Advise on best practices tailored to specific architectures and use cases.

• Ensure that new customers are activated, satisfied, and have all their inquiries addressed.

• Serve as a reliable technical advisor to both customers and business leaders.

• Collaborate with account executives during demo and discovery calls.

• Engage with customers daily to uncover workflow challenges and identify opportunities for product enhancements.

• Comprehend customer requirements and provide insights for the product roadmap.

• Guide the roadmap for user experience and developer experience.

• Organize webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for customer stakeholders.

• Enhance documentation and public-facing materials based on customer feedback.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO, sales, and engineering teams to facilitate customer adoption and product usage.

• Previous experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to clearly convey technical concepts.

• A high-energy, ownership-driven mindset, with a readiness to navigate ambiguity.

• Currently located in the Central or East Coast time zone within the United States.

• Familiarity with secret management tools or developer security platforms is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of developer workflows and/or DevSecOps infrastructure is beneficial.

• Experience in a startup or rapidly growing environment is a plus.

• Participation in developer communities or public speaking engagements is advantageous.

• Background in customer-facing technical roles, such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or DevRel, is a plus.

• Experience supporting enterprise accounts and collaborating with technical stakeholders is advantageous.

• Contributions to open-source projects are a plus.
