Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and technical projects that facilitate BioCatch anti-fraud solutions for both web and mobile platforms.

• Collaborate with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers throughout the process.

• Assist in the creation of documentation and lead workshops.

• Contribute to the enhancement of processes and practices.

• Facilitate the onboarding of customers and partners to utilize BioCatch solutions.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to address integration challenges with customers' web and mobile applications.

• Manage complex projects in alignment with established timelines.

• Deliver operational and technical services to customers globally.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in integrating cloud solutions, particularly in web or mobile environments.

• Proficient in working with APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations.

• Demonstrated experience in frontend or full-stack development for web or mobile applications.

• Knowledge of technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, React Native, Cordova, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, Ionic, or similar.

• Proven track record in onboarding and supporting clients, particularly within financial institutions like banks and credit unions.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers.

• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience leading technical projects, including implementations and integrations, from inception to completion.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a background in managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Experience in creating technical documentation and facilitating workshops or training sessions.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Business-level proficiency in Thai is advantageous for supporting customers in Thailand.

• Willingness to travel internationally up to 5% (as needed).

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
