Solutions Design Manager – Warehousing, Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Business Development team to create scalable models for warehousing, equipment, and costs for both dedicated and shared site operations

• Evaluate client data, process maps, and labor productivity utilizing tools like AutoCAD to enhance warehouse efficiency

• Work alongside Project Management to oversee designs from the initial concept phase through to steady-state operations

• Conduct cost-benefit analyses, perform risk assessments, and prepare detailed pricing proposals

• Deliver design concepts and engineering justifications directly to clients

• Modify solutions in response to strategic feedback from clients

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a solutions design position within contract logistics, warehousing, or a related field

• In-depth knowledge of industry-standard Contract Logistics Cost Models and methodologies such as MOST or MTM

• Skilled in design tools including AutoCAD, simulation software, or optimization models

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a relevant discipline

• Willingness to travel 20% to 30% as necessary to support project deployments
