Solutions Delivery Specialist – Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Implement solutions for comprehensive document-centric business needs of customers.

• Deploy ASend, SCS CAC/PIV, uniFLOW suite applications, and various output management solutions.

• Offer implementation assistance and resolve technical issues related to software and services during setup.

• Assess technical solutions for their feasibility.

• Act as a technical resource for help desk support during escalated issues.

• Support pre-sales activities for solution offerings.

• Facilitate relationships between internal and external support teams during technical escalations.

• Oversee delivery plans, manage client expectations, define scope of work, and maintain project tracking.

• Guide clients through software configuration, administration, and upkeep.

• Develop user documentation.

• Provide training and education to existing clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Willingness to work beyond standard hours as necessary.

• CDIA+ certification is required, or must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment.

• Network+ certification, or one of Network+, Cloud+, or Security+; if not currently certified, must strive to achieve it within six months of promotion.

• Core Certifications for uniFLOW: Technician and Online Foundation.

• Preferred: MS 365, Azure, or AWS Fundamental or Associate certification.

• Occasional local/regional travel may be necessary, ranging from 1–5 days or more depending on the size and complexity of implementation.

• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are required.

• Minimum required auto insurance coverages must be maintained.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Must reside in the United States at the time of hire.
