Implementation Consultant – Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement SoftExpert Suite projects for various organizations across diverse market sectors.

• Perform discovery, analysis, and mapping of business processes, considering the needs and goals established for each project.

• Offer consulting services related to corporate governance, risk management, compliance, and internal control initiatives, as per the agreed-upon scope.

• Create configurations for workflows, indicators, and automation on the platform, in alignment with the business requirements identified during projects.

• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and follow-up activities concerning the solutions that have been implemented.

• Provide support and knowledge transfer regarding configured functionalities and processes, assisting clients in adopting the solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Economics, or similar fields.

• Proficiency in software implementation projects, BPM systems, ERP systems, or management solutions.

• Technical expertise in SQL, REST/SOAP/API integrations, and business process mapping and management (BPM).

• Experience in projects or providing services to organizations within financial services, consulting, technology, engineering, manufacturing, or construction sectors.

• Familiarity with or experience in corporate governance, risk management, compliance, and internal controls.

• Experience in defining, structuring, and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and process improvement initiatives.

• Knowledge of frameworks, methodologies, and management best practices relevant to governance and process optimization.

• Proficient in advanced English and/or Spanish for projects requiring communication in these languages.

• Willingness to travel or undertake on-site assignments related to projects.
