Public Sector Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement SoftExpert Suite projects for governmental agencies and public organizations.

• Perform assessments, analyses, and mapping of both administrative and operational workflows.

• Configure the platform according to the business requirements outlined in the project scope.

• Assist in initiatives focused on digital transformation, governance, and process enhancement within public-sector management.

• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and follow-up activities related to implementation projects.

• Create guidance and knowledge transfer initiatives to aid client adoption of the solutions implemented.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or in-progress undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar field.

• Experience in software, ERP, or management system implementation projects.

• Technical proficiency in databases (SQL).

• Understanding of systems integration utilizing REST, SOAP, and APIs.

• Familiarity with business process mapping and automation (BPM).

• Knowledge of document and process management.

• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in English and/or Spanish for communication in project contexts where these languages are required (a plus).
