Implementation Consultant – Pharmaceutical Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement SoftExpert Suite projects for pharmaceutical firms and other regulated sectors.

• Perform assessments, analyses, and mapping of processes associated with Quality, Compliance, and Validation.

• Configure the platform to align with the business requirements identified within the project scope.

• Offer consulting services on the application of regulatory and quality management best practices.

• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and project follow-up activities for implementation initiatives.

• Direct solution configuration in accordance with relevant regulatory and operational requirements.

• Create guidance and knowledge-transfer activities to aid customer adoption of the solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Engineering, Technology, or related disciplines.

• Experience with software, management systems, or ERP implementation projects.

• Technical proficiency in databases (SQL).

• Technical expertise in system integration utilizing REST, SOAP, and APIs.

• Technical knowledge of business process mapping and automation (BPM).

• Experience or familiarity with projects in Life Sciences and regulated industries, such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, medical devices, or biotechnology.

• Understanding of quality and regulatory compliance, including QMS, CSV, ANVISA, FDA, GxP, ISO, audits, and compliance.

• Experience or knowledge of controlled document management, CAPA, nonconformities, audits, traceability, and change control.

• Proficiency in advanced English and/or Spanish for communication and project contexts requiring these languages.

• Willingness to travel or commute for project-related activities.
